Our team will pick you up from your hotel or the airport in Labuan Bajo and escort you to the harbor.

• 11.00 – 12.00 | Harbor Check-In & Boat Preparation

Arrive at the harbor, check in, meet the crew, and get a short safety briefing before departure.

• 12.00 – 13.00 | Sail to Kelor Island + Lunch on Board

Enjoy a freshly cooked lunch as the boat sails toward Kelor Island.

• 13.00 – 15.00 | Kelor Island – Trekking & Beach Time

Do a short trek to the top of Kelor Island for panoramic views. You can also swim or relax on the white sandy beach.

• 15.00 – 15.30 | Sail to Rinca Island

Sit back and relax as we head toward Rinca Island, home of the Komodo dragons.

• 15.30 – 16.30 | Rinca Island – Komodo Dragon Spotting

Explore the island with a local ranger and see Komodo dragons in their natural habitat. Choose from short or medium trekking routes depending on conditions.

• 16.30 – 17.30 | Sail to Kalong Island

Enjoy the peaceful cruise before reaching the next attraction.

• 17.30 – 18.30 | Kalong Island – Sunset & Flying Foxes

Watch thousands of bats (flying foxes) fly out of the mangrove forest during sunset. This natural moment is one of Komodo’s signature views.

• 18.30 – 19.00 | Sail to Kambing Island

The boat continues to the overnight anchoring spot.

• 19.00 – 20.00 | Dinner on Board

Enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by the crew.

• 20.00 – 06.00 | Rest Time (Overnight Sailing to Padar Island)
